Concerns about getting cycles back 1 month after stopping Depo Provera?

I was on a pill that was stronger than the depo shot for 7 years... im only 21 ( my OBGY is a psycho) . I stopped this last October and my cycles are just now starting to regulate themselves. I went 3 months after my last pill period before i had another one. I then bleed for 2 months off and on with only days between. I started taking Vitex a little over a month ago. My never ending period stopped soon after and i had 21 days between my periods. My last period that just stopped was 6-7 days ( first normal cycle in my life !!! :] ). Before the pill i was never regular and i would have a period for months ... then not have one for months, that's why i was put on the pill. I take two Vitex ( solar-ray brand) in the morning everyday and I take one multivitamin ( GNC mega-greens ) in the evening. If you want your cycles to regulate themselves quicker try to cut out estrogen foods ( just google estrogen foods) and follow that diet. Your cycles will work themselves out.. sometimes they just need some help.
