Should i send this girl i met online a ticket to america?

met this girl online 3 years ago. She lives in the Uk. First she was just a girl that i talked to a friend. Then we started talking on the phone. Then we went from friends to idk. I wouldn't call it dating but we are "together" We started talking on the phone. Then we started video chatting. We video chat for a couple of hours everynight. I ended up telling her that i loved her and she says she feels the same. Btw i have no qualms about her being real. I mean i know pretty much everything about her. I have pin numbers to her personal accounts. She has had access to my paypal account. I trust her completely and she trusts me. I want to go see her but i am in college. I am an athlete (football) so its not like i can go during the summer either. She works and she is trying to save money to come on a vacation to america. She tells me that i shouldn't worry about the cost of it or anything. But i think that maybe i should send her a ticket. Do you think me and her could ever workout? Should i send her a ticket?
