Need to find a song please.?

I have been looking for a free down loadable of a song called "Una lagrima furtiva" or "A furtive tear" sung by Emma Shapplin. I have found several versions of this romanza taken from Act II, Scene VIII of the Italian opera, L'elisir d'amore by Gaetano Donizetti. She sings a very modern version of it and I have it on an old tape cassette. I have been looking for it but no luck. Can anybody tell me where to find it as a free download or maybe send it to me via email. Thanks.
